Let me introduce myself . . . Taquito
Taquito is my name and they think I might be a Jack Russel with Red Heller mix but we don’t know for sure. I was born sometime in January 2012. I used to live on the streets until December 2015 when my foster Mom found me. I love to go jogging with my foster mom. Even thought I have a back leg that is a little injured from being hit by a car, you would never know it to see my jog – look at the little video on this page. I have quite a bit of energy, but that’s why I love jogging with my foster mom! So if you like lots of walking and hiking and jogging — take me with you! I need a forever home so if you want a dog that really loves hanging out with humans, kids, other dogs and yep, even cats then I’m your guy! I promise, if you have the patients to work with me and love me, I will be your loyal, forever friend.
If you can’t adopt me, maybe you can sponsor me while I’m still in foster care. All funding goes towards helping my foster family feed me, get my vaccines and having me spayed or neutered, as well as any transport costs when I am adopted. Thank you for reading my story and please share it with everyone you know who might be interested in making me a part of their family.
