Adoption Coordinator

Adoption Coordinator

The Adoption Coordinator role is one of the most critical roles for Baja Dogs. The future of these rescued dogs hinges on their ability to find a good home and one that is permanent and lasting. We don’t send our dogs to shelters. There are already too many dogs in shelters in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Our goal is finding the dog a permanent home, nothing less. We track our dogs for their entire lives and if an adopter cannot keep a dog they adopted from us, we ask them to contact us so we can rehome it.

For all of these reasons, we don’t rush this process. We take extra care to make sure the home is going to be permanent and the best one for the dog.
